Update: Correction to the eariler post. Glee’s Season 3 finale is still airing on Tuesday, May 22, after the American Idol finale. The extended, two-hour long episode will air the week before the finale.

Glee’s special two-hour spectacular airs on Tuesday, May 15. It combines Season 3, Episode 20: “Props” and the Episode 21 Nationals competition into one super-sized, two hour long pre-finale. The next week, Glee’s still yet-untitled Episode 22 will air a regular hourlong episode for McKinley High graduation and official Season 3 finale.

In addition to this scheduling news, TV Line also reports some new information that sheds a bit of light on those weird new photos from earlier this week that show Finn (Cory Monteith) dressed up like Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Puck (Mark Salling)looking exactly like Blaine (Darren Criss).

As it turns out, Tina (Jenna Ushkowitz) suffers a mild head injury in the middle of rehearsing a new routine, and “begins to experience a different — yet oddly familiar — alternate reality.”

And, if Tina has become Rachel Berry in this new reality, we can’t help but wonder: Could those new pics of the real Rachel wearing a WEDDING ring be part of the dream sequence, too? Maybe Finchel isn’t really getting hitched by the end of the season after all!
